Three Fountains believes strongly that by working together we can overcome the Covid-19 pandemic.
We appreciate our role in looking after our staff, farmers, suppliers and others in our supply chain, as well as the community around us.
Our priority, whilst we work to fulfil our obligations during the pandemic, is to minimise infections by improving our personal health and food safety standards and protocols.

Although we are certified as per government Food Safety Regulation R638, we have improved our personal health and food safety practices further by implementing the following measures:

Staff, suppliers and clients are sprayed with hand santiser upon entry to the facility

Staff wash their hands regularly, especially after contact with their faces or with another person

Staff and visitors are screened for temperature upon arrival at the facility

Staff have been educated with respect to transmission of the virus and new procedures

Drivers have been issued with gloves, masks, sanitising wipes and santiser for their vehicles

Drivers have been instructed to limit interpersonal interactions whilst delivering

Vehicles are deep cleaned and sanitised before use each the morning

Staff have been instructed to avoid close contact during work hours and to practice social distancing

We do regular deep cleaning of the facility and equipment and have instituted daily internal cleanliness audits

Employees are instructed to stay away should they show any flu-like symptoms and are encouraged to seek medical attention should they feel unwell

We have stopped all unnecessary meetings and are working with a skeleton staff to limit interaction.
