We have built solid relationships over many years with the growers of our major lines, namely lettuce (fancy and iceberg), herbs, Swiss chard spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. These growers were selected primarily for their farming expertise but also for their willingness to introduce sustainable farming practices, such as those specified in the Global Gap standard. These programs ensure that the produce we receive is clear of any harmful substances.
